Your information, explained.
This website
The Join ARIA form saves what you enter (first and last name, school or organization, email, optional role, a short note on your interest, and your consent) to a Neon Postgres database. We use it only to contact you about ARIA, keep it until you ask us to delete it, and do not sell or share it. The database provider processes it on our behalf. The educator form prepares an email containing your name, school, grade band, and email address. It does not submit or save those details to the database. You decide whether to send the email through your email provider. The student feedback page only downloads your selections to your device; it does not upload them.
No analytics trackers or advertising cookies are included in the website code. The hosting provider may process ordinary request logs, such as IP addresses. Links to external sites and your email provider have their own privacy policies.
The “Would you step in?” activity
While you play, your eight decisions stay in your browser and are not sent anywhere. At the end you can choose to share them. Only if you tick the consent box and press “Share my answers” does the site save: your eight choices (Step in or Stay quiet for each moment), an optional role (Teacher, Researcher, Student, Parent or Other), the time of submission, and a random identifier made in your browser when the activity starts, which only prevents the same run being saved twice. We do not collect your name, email, IP address or any free text through this activity, and we do not link it to the Join ARIA form. Moments you mark “Not sure” or “Skip” cannot be shared.
Shared answers are stored in a Neon Postgres database. We use them only to understand how people judge hint timing compared with ARIA and to improve ARIA, and we do not sell or share them. Because the answers are anonymous, we can only find your run if you can tell us roughly when you took part and what you chose. To ask for deletion, email 11narensara11@gmail.com. The hosting provider may process ordinary request logs, such as IP addresses, separately from this data.
Tutor demo
The homepage examples are logged decisions and accept no student text. The tutor is a separate application. Its storage, network behavior, and deletion process must be verified before classroom use; metadata-only storage and no text leaving the device are not yet promised.
Questions or deletion requests
Please do not send student records, medical information, or identifiable student work through the interest form. To ask about data or request deletion of a Join ARIA sign-up or an email you sent the team, contact 11narensara11@gmail.com.
